Job Description: This job is responsible for supporting Credit Officers on a daily basis in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end processes involving credit underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and portfolio management of financing, treasury management, and traded products transactions. Job expectations include acting as a primary liaison with the credit teams, operations, and other business partners. Responsibilities: Coordinates pre- and post-closing activities which may include due diligence activities, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operations Monitors requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents per the terms of the credit agreement or other documentation Identifies and resolves data quality issues Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency Understands policy and procedures and ensures compliance Required Qualifications: Credit Guidelines and lending procedures Underwriting systems Credit documentation verification Commercial Lending and Commercial products Desired Qualifications: Time management Organization Portfolio monitoring Skills: Attention to Detail Data Collection and Entry Record Keeping Oral Communications Written Communications Collaboration Customer and Client Focus Planning Prioritization Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent **Role can be filled as a level II or III at manager's discretion Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - CA - Los Angeles - 333 S HOPE ST - BANK OF AMERICA PLAZA (CA9193), US - CT - Hartford - 185 ASYLUM ST - CITY PLACE 1 (CT2500), US - IL - Chicago - 110 N Wacker Dr - Bank Of America Tower Chicago (IL4110), US - MA - Boston - 100 Federal St - 100 Federal St Lp (MA5100), US - WA - Seattle - 401 Union St - Rainier Square (WA1510) Pay range $31.00 - $49.30 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
