Production Operator (Day Shift)
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:15 PM Location: Woodville, WI Pay: $19.00 As a Production Operator , you'll help ensure our packaging and assembly operations run smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging and assembly machines.
- Detect and report equipment malfunctions.
- Clear alarms, runner jams, and sensors as needed.
- Stage and inspect packaging materials and finished products for quality.
- Perform basic dimensional and visual inspections.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all company standards.
- Accurately record production data.
- Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Wear required PPE, such as uniforms, gloves, and hairnets.
- High School Diploma
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., comparators, dial indicators, gauges).
