Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy plans that help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic methods to foster continuous improvement at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients are on their recovery path

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continued education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required
