In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative mindset to every interaction. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a transportation location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe the location for suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations, then document and communicate findings according to post procedures. Support emergency response activities, crowd management, and/or directional assistance during routine operations, delays, and high-traffic periods. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
