Sales Customer Service Specialist

Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the remote Sales Customer Service Specialist will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and meet sales objectives while ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns De-escalate issues and escalate interactions when necessary to ensure effective resolution Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes while providing feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
