Dapper Car Sales is seeking a driven, full-time Internet Automotive Salesperson / Sales Consultant who is fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping customers, enthusiastic about cars, and interested in building a long-term career in automotive sales. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
• Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Handle customer trade-in appraisals
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure a seamless buying process
• Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact through vehicle delivery
• Create engaging social media content featuring our inventory and dealership to generate additional sales opportunities
• Maintain organized and disciplined follow-up using CRM systems

 

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms and content creation
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
• Competitive mindset with eagerness to grow

 

Compensation

• Front-end and back-end commissions on every deal
• Minimum commission protection per sale
• Annual earnings potential of $70,000–$160,000+
