Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $400,000 to $600,000+ annually

Guaranteed base compensation starting at $400,000+

Production-based incentive program with earning potential exceeding $500,000+

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment

Perform restorative and surgical procedures within scope of training

Manage patients with behavioral or complex dental needs

Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene

Lead and support team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences

Collaborate with general dentists and specialists for coordinated care

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin

Strong chairside manner and commitment to patient-centered care

Interest in continuing education and professional growth
