The objective is to ensure that the modifications are delivered in accordance with defined requirements, within scope, on schedule, and in compliance with CMS standards, including validation of requirements traceability, testing activities, and change management processes.Responsibilities:Provide independent review and assessment of VLP and RIDP system modifications.Assess whether project requirements are traceable through design, development, and testing.Review the quality and completeness of testing activities.Evaluate whether deliverables align with CMS compliance standards.Verify that CMS-required scope and schedule are maintained.Assess compliance with CMS funding drawdown requirements.Participate in milestone-based and risk-focused IV&V assessments.Review change management strategies and execution.Review change management processes.Review risk and issue management activities.Review scope and deliverable acceptance activities.Provide independent assessment feedback, including assessment findings and likelihood of successful delivery.Identify risks, issues, and areas requiring corrective action.Support the development of materials required by CMS to formalize, approve, and finalize the implementation.Engage with OFI Business Technology leadership, MaineIT Vendor Management, and implementation vendor staff during assessment activities.Preferred relevant experienceExperience performing independent quality reviews, audit/compliance reviews, deliverable validation, and governance assessments for technology projectsKey Skills: Quality Assurance, Compliance Review, Audit & Controls, Deliverable Validation, Risk Assessment, IV&V, Governance, Documentation Review, Process Compliance, CMS Compliance, Medicaid Programs, Quality Management, Assessment ReportingEmployment TypeC2CExperience10-30 yearsWork AuthorizationCanadian Citizen, EAD (CPT / OPT) , EAD (GC), EAD (GC/H4/L2/J2), EAD (H4), EAD (L2), GC, Green Card, Green Card Holder, H-4, H1-B, Have H1 Visa, OPT-EAD, TN Permit Holder, US Authorized, US Citizen, US CitizenshipSkillsCompliance
