Sales/Marketing Associate About Sales/Customer Service Associate We are a children’s training center. One stop shop for baseball, softball, soccer, football sports. We are a long-standing facility with a great small team. We are looking to add an impact player with great energy that wants to work in this industry. Description Front Desk Sales & Sales Associate 25–35 hours/week | Evenings & Weekends Required Compensation: Hourly + Team Performance Bonus We are a growing youth sports training center seeking a reliable, accountable, high-energy team member to serve as a key anchor in our small business. This role combines front desk operations, sales, customer service, and light marketing and is critical to the daily success of our facility. Schedule Requirements (non-negotiable): Weekdays: 4:00–9:00 PM Saturdays: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM What You’ll Be Responsible For: Selling and supporting sports tournaments, camps, clinics, private instructors, facility rentals, and training technology Front desk operations and customer interaction with families and athletes Consistent follow-up using a CRM system and computer-based tools Contributing to marketing, social media, networking, and lead generation Supporting a fast-paced, kid-focused training environment What We’re Looking For: Proven reliability, consistency, and accountability Strong communication and sales skills (or demonstrated experience in similar roles) Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and basic technology Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without micromanagement Enjoys working in a small business where individual effort directly impacts results Strongly Preferred / Bonus Skills: Baseball, softball, soccer, or general sports background Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles Comfort with social media and community outreach Ability to assist with or train kids in sports (major plus) College degree preferred, but not required This is not a corporate, clock-in/clock-out role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales/Customer Service Associate
