Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to discharge. Your role is vital in supporting both patients and clinic staff by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial responsibilities, all while upholding our commitment to service excellence.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
• Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized with the ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with detailed information.
