Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in Commercial Plumbing Wholesale. In this dynamic role, you will drive business growth by developing strong relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and industry partners. Your proactive approach will help expand our market presence, promote our extensive product offerings, and deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and technical knowledge to make a meaningful impact in the plumbing wholesale industry. The salary is a starting point before commission based compensation platform starts.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to commercial clients and contractors
- Manage existing accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase our plumbing solutions and value propositions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Collaborate teams to develop strategies for market expansion and brand visibility within the commercial plumbing sector
- Utilize tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets, analyzing industry trends, and proposing innovative sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development within the plumbing or related wholesale industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while building long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated success in account management and developing strategic client relationships
- Ability to perform analysis of market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making
- Willingness to engage in warm calling, cold outreach, and face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects
