As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) at Bank of America, your journey begins with obtaining Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. You will receive personalized training and, upon license completion, will engage in client relationship management, financial planning, and advising clients on Bank of America's core banking and investment solutions. Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing client relationships across a portfolio of clients. Analyzing client financial situations to deliver tailored advice and solutions. Collaborating with core banking and investment partners to meet client needs. Presenting comprehensive advice, client reviews, and life‑plan strategies with confidence. Required qualifications: Strong commitment to obtaining required industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66). Self‑discipline in time and capacity management. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Results‑driven mindset with focus on client interests in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and learn new technology. Desired qualifications: Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license. Bachelor’s degree or minimum one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
