We're committed to listening to team members' ideas in order to make some of the best improvements.Positive Impacts – You'll make a difference by helping seniors live life on purpose!Responsibilities:Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable mannerAssist with daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plansProvide physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activitiesObserve residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditionRecord proper medical and health documentation per established proceduresCook, serve, and feed meals to provide an engaging dining experienceEnsure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areasPromote teamwork, laughter, and happiness every dayQualifications:No experience necessary-- training will be providedHigh school diploma or work equivalency requiredAbility to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficientlyAbility to read, write, speak & understand the English languagePersonal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferredMed Passer and/or Lead experience preferredCertified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) preferredWage: $15.50-$16.50 depending on experience and qualifications.We offer a Caregiver Career Path Program: This program allows Caregivers the opportunity to train for leadership roles with progressive wage increases.
