We are a central personalization team, partnering directly with organizations across Amazon to shape how personalization works at scale for years to come.Key job responsibilitiesAs an Applied Scientist in our team, you will be responsible for the research, design, and development of new AI technologies for personalization. You will adopt or invent new machine learning and analytical techniques in the realm of recommendations, information retrieval and large language models. You will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product partners locally and abroad. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
