Front Desk Coordinator

Spa Sassé is located in the heart of downtown Portland and combines talented providers with cutting-edge aesthetic techniques and services. Our spa has been owned and operated here in Downtown Portland for over 40 years. Our team is close-knit and together each day to make all guest visits exceptional in every way. Responsibilities Welcome and assist clients with enthusiasm and professionalism. Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment schedules. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and in-person, providing detailed information about services and procedures. Maintain an organized and efficient appointment book. Confirm and follow up on appointments to ensure client satisfaction. Manage the scheduling system to optimize daily operations. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. Ensure accurate record-keeping of client information and preferences. Collaborate with the management team on special projects and initiatives. Promotions and Marketing Assist in promoting spa services and packages. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. Contribute ideas for improving the overall client experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness setting. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in appointment scheduling software and basic office applications. Knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments is a plus. Most importantly, you’ll be joining a team of experienced and passionate professionals who are excellent at what they do.
