Senior Systems Engineer, Level 3 -Top Secret Clearance Required

Job Description You will be responsible for developing system‑level artifacts and engaging with customers, mission partners, and other stakeholders to satisfy and fulfill customer‑directed objectives. As a member of the Systems Engineering/Integration team, in this role you will perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment. Basic Qualifications Experience working in Agile teams leveraging Scrum, Kanban or other methodologies and/or understanding of Agile concepts Experience with Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, etc. Experience with test‑plan/procedure preparation and test execution Experience performing software and/or systems integration and testing Experience defining tests required to satisfy feature acceptance criteria Current Top Secret Security Clearance Responsibilities Perform in an accelerated, collaborative, dynamic small team environment, closely integrated with customers and contractors Planning and creating test cases and tracking progress utilizing modern test management tools Ensure consistency of requirements and traceability back to customer objectives Ensure consistency of feature acceptance criteria to meet customer objectives Develop operations rehearsal and training materials Support the successful execution of program milestones Desired Skills Experience with integration testing, system testing, formal acceptance testing (FAT) and independent verification and validation as well as operational system checkout Experience with satellite ground systems Experience with MBSE and tools such as Cameo Experience with LM’s product applications Other Important Information This position is contingent upon the program award expected in early 2026.
