Packaging Engineer
Major international and brand name company with an attractive working culture has an opportunity at their large manufacturing complex on the south side of the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area for a Packaging Engineer. In this role will be responsible for all aspects of engineering analysis and design related to inbound and outbound packaging. Will design and develop engineering projects with minimal direction and supervision. Will provide shop floor support and Kaizen improvements. Will perform process analysis and design. Direction will be provided to maintenance and unit technicians. Will serve as an active member of manufacturing engineering team. Also, will facilitate Kaizen and process improvement activities with the production and maintenance personnel. There is a 5% bonus potential, 2% profit sharing as well as relocation assistance.
