This opportunity is ideal for skilled School Psychologists who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives through comprehensive evaluations and insightful guidance. With the flexibility to work anywhere from 100 to 500 hours per district throughout the FY27 school year, you can tailor your commitment to fit your availability—and virtual arrangements can also be considered for eligible candidates.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification, with experience working in K-12 settings
• Proficiency in conducting initial assessments and re-evaluations for special education eligibility
• Strong familiarity with evaluation tools, IEP processes, and Minnesota’s education standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Capability to work independently and efficiently manage caseloads
• Experience with remote/virtual service delivery is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial evaluations and re-evaluations for students per district requirements
• Interpret assessment results, write comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations for student support
• Participate actively in student support and eligibility meetings, either onsite or virtually
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to foster student growth
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and district regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain current best practices in school psychology
