Project Manager

• Hybrid Remote (2 days remote/3 days onsite in Boston)
• $100k - $120k base + annual bonus

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently
• Organized 
• Client-facing experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, capable in MS Excel
• Capable in Teams/Zoom (training available)
• Email + text will also be important communication tools
• Familiarity with the construction or architecture field is ideal

Responsibilities

• Calling or writing emails to obtain or share information
• Drafting memos or letters or emails or proposals based on existing templates
• Either taking or editing, then distributing meeting minutes
• Maintaining project directories and updating file-share or document-sharing platforms and similar communication-related tasks
• Updating contact's information in Vantagepoint (training is available)
• Updating schedules (Microsoft Project, training is available)
• Updating financial charts (Vantagepoint, training is available) to track project progress, talking to the team's production leads to ascertain progress
• Scheduling meetings/calendar management for the two individuals
