Restaurant General Manager
Anytime Soju Inc
Manage daily operations of the restaurant. Plan/manage operational costs and identify measures to reduce expenses. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Monitor vendors/suppliers to ensure competitive pricing rates in ordering of ingredients & inventory. Schedule staff weekly work schedules and resolve complaints of patrons. *Bachelor's degree in Restaurant or Hospitality Management required.
