We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused individual to serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting financial advisors with scheduling and client service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and creating a welcoming client experience. The successful candidate will oversee reception duties, coordinate advisor calendars and client appointments, assist with general account servicing requests, and provide marketing and social media support for the firm. 

What You’ll Do

•          Assist with Insurance & Investment client service updates/reporting, data entry, and administrative projects

•          Welcome clients and guests, creating a positive and professional office environment.

•          Answer and route incoming phone calls

•          Manage advisor calendars and coordinate/schedule client meetings and confirm appointments

•          Manage firm’s digital presence – firm website, social media, email signatures

•          Create content, schedule, and publish approved social media posts that align with the firm's marketing strategy and compliance requirements

•          Coordinate with leadership to promote client events, workshops, community involvement, and firm announcements

•         Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred

•         Health and Life license required or ability to obtain within 6 months

•         Financial Service or Insurance industry experience preferred

•         Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
