Treasury Specialist

Kforce's client, a leading investment-focused organization in Boston, MA, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to provide interim support to its finance and treasury team. This role will focus on cash management, treasury operations, funding activities, and transaction processing across a complex portfolio of entities. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on treasury professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across multiple business entities and investment structures
• Execute and reconcile domestic and international wire transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support funding activities, cash forecasting, and short-term liquidity planning
• Coordinate cash movements between bank accounts and internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements
• Perform bank account reconciliations and investigate transaction variances
• Maintain treasury controls, documentation, and adherence to internal procedures
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting of cash activity
• Assist with quarter-end treasury activities and high-volume transaction periods
• 3+ years of treasury, cash management, or treasury operations experience
• Experience processing and managing wire transfers through banking platforms
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of liquidity management and cash forecasting principles
• Ability to work onsite during training with flexibility for a hybrid schedule thereafter
