About the Role:

MIDOS INC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team in Pensacola, FL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment where your hard work and accuracy make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use pick lists or RF scanners to locate and pull inventory from warehouse shelves
• Verify order accuracy by checking items against packing slips or order documents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment as needed
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy quotas in a timely manner
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment center experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reading and counting skills to follow order documentation
• Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
