Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral health screenings for patients
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients to ensure comfort, understanding, and quality care
• Take and review dental X-rays and document findings accurately in patient records
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans
• Assist the dentist with charting, treatment planning, and identifying areas of concern
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment
• Build lasting patient relationships through compassionate, culturally sensitive care

Requirements:

• Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Experience in a dental hygiene or clinical dental setting preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
