Additionally, this role is responsible for financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, while working closely with our Senior Finance Business Partners, Team Leaders, and Office Leaders.**How You Will Contribute:*** Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office.* Coordinates and direct preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.* Analyzes financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.* Reviews and monitors monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy.* Partners with Department Team Leads, Office Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning.* Responsible for financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward looking strategies.* Prepares annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by working with Team Leads and PCL to identify drivers and create yearly goals.* Prepares Ad hoc and monthly financial reporting.* Mentors and trains Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists.* Assists Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.**Skills & Experience to Be Successful:*** 3-5 years’ of in an Accounting or Finance position.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to travel 10-20% of the time; Travel may include but not limited to B&B offices and attending B&B training and events.* Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. (Preferred)* This position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the team members to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
