Overview Candidates must possess complex intellectual property litigation experience in federal courts or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Experience taking and defending depositions is strongly preferred. Our ideal candidates should have at least two years of complex intellectual property litigation experience in federal courts or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Experience taking and defending depositions also strongly preferred. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself.
