Project Controls Specialist - Office Engineer

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Controls Specialist - Office Engineer to join our team supporting the partnership with the LCPA. This role will be based 100% onsite at our client's facility in Fort Myers, FL, and will play a vital part in the success of this high-profile infrastructure program.

As a Project Controls Specialist - Office Engineer, your contributions will include:

• Entering and managing project data within Procore Project Management Information System, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Supporting Jacobs and LCPA activities including project oversight, documentation, and reporting
• Maintaining comprehensive records of project data and documents in Procore
• Tracking and organizing all project correspondence, including RFIs and submittals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring design changes and making sure construction teams have the latest drawings and specs
• Assisting the LCPA Project Manager with project controls efforts when needed
• Partnering with the Jacobs Program Director to produce the monthly status reports

Here's what you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and controls
• Proficiency in scheduling software
• Experience with project management tools and cost estimating
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Commitment to working fully onsite at our Fort Myers location

The base salary range for this position is $100,300.00 to $147,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
