Order Entry/Production Control Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Documentation Coordinator to support our Hardware Department. In this role, you will be responsible for printing, processing, organizing, and filing production work orders that facilitate the assembly of laboratory instruments.

• Print and distribute work orders for production teams.
• Review, sort, and file completed work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Communicate with team members to resolve documentation issues.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all work.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Comfortable with computer-based work and data entry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience following documented procedures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to read and write in English.
• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

This role is 100% computer-based, with approximately 75% desk work and 25% document filing. It is set in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where accuracy is critical. The office is regulated with minimal noise, providing a focused work atmosphere.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
