Quality Control Clerk PM Location: Tolleson, AZ Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to assemble products using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or work instructions. Ability to read assembly instructions, production documents, or basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to inspect completed assemblies and identify quality concerns. Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or fulfillment experience is preferred. Experience working with hand tools, production equipment, or mechanical assemblies is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, adaptability, and strong attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Quality Control Clerk PM. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, products, or materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain productivity in warehouse and manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
