The OT will provide patient care in home settings and work as part of an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain and maximize function in activities of daily living, self-care, work, and leisure activities. Requirements Active Oregon Occupational Therapist License BLS Certification Valid Driver's License Proof of Auto Insurance Must have a reliable personal vehicle Preferred: Registered OT with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Facility Highlights Small rural critical-access hospital 25-bed facility 17 Medical-Surgical Beds 7 ICU Beds Patient population: Pediatric through Geriatric EMR: EPIC Orientation HR orientation on Tuesday followed by unit training Candidates starting during the first week of the month will begin on Thursday Interview Process Phone or Microsoft Teams interview with Unit Manager Important: Facility may contact candidates unexpectedly after submission, so candidates should be prepared to answer calls.
