Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) Travel Contract Location: Morristown, NJ 07960 Contract: 09/14/2026 – 12/12/2026 | 13 weeks Schedule: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 3×12s | 36 hours/week Requirements: • Active RN License – Required • BLS – Required • ACLS – Required • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; ADN or BSN preferred • Strong assessment, clinical, emergency, documentation, patient education, and safety skills • Ability to provide individualized care and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide safe, evidence-based nursing care. • Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes and emergencies. • Maintain accurate documentation and complete patient education. • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. • Follow patient safety, HIPAA, and infection-control standards. • Prioritize care and support patients throughout the delivery/perioperative process.
