Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator3 month contract to hire Location: Rockville, Maryland Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $50,000.00 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remoteResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn and other client/vendor management systems.Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.RequirementsExceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.Ability to learn new technology platforms and processes quickly.Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience working in IT staffing, recruiting, employment, or human resources environment.Experience with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, or other ATS/VMS platforms.Knowledge of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and consultant management.Experience supporting sales, recruiting, account management, or staffing operations teams.System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
