Acts as a receptionist/monitor tech adhering to hospital policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, personnel, and hospital business. Must cross‑train to Patient Care Tech (PCT) role. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Professional & Technical Skills Education High School graduate or equivalent License(s) or Certification(s) N/A Other Skills or Requirements Excellent telephone and oral communication skills required. Must possess customer service/hospitality skills. Computer skills preferred.
