Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, IV therapy, and treatments Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families Document all aspects of perioperative care accurately (OPS, OR, PACU, counts, specimens, and charges) Maintain strict aseptic technique and ensure a safe surgical environment Monitor and ensure safe use of equipment and supplies for both patients and staff What You’ll Bring Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach High attention to detail and commitment to quality care If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact and grow your surgical nursing career in a supportive, community‑focused environment—we’d love to meet you.
