Summary:

As a Virtual Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping customers bring their vision to life through personalized online shopping support, expert product guidance, and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chats, email, phone calls, and other digital communication channels.
• Build relationships and uncover customer needs through active listening and effective questioning.
• Deliver personalized recommendations across furniture and mattresses
• Use your product expertise to help customers choose the right styles, materials, colors, fabrics, and room solutions.
• Research product availability, specifications, and delivery timelines using company systems.
• Drive sales by confidently presenting solutions and closing transactions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Explain financing, delivery, pickup, protection plans, and other value-added services.
• Process sales orders, special orders, and related documentation accurately.
• Partner with retail showroom associates to ensure seamless customer handoffs when needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, updates, and satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first online shopping experience at every interaction.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Retail, sales, customer service, or e-commerce experience.
• Experience working with online chat, virtual sales, or customer support platforms.
• Knowledge of furniture, mattresses, home décor, or interior design.
• Experience achieving sales goals and performance metrics.
