Recruiter (Remote)

RecruiterDelta Workforce is a staffing agency specializing in the manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to help us fill open positions and support our clients across Michigan. Key Responsibilities: Conduct phone interviews to screen and qualify candidates for manufacturing and related roles. Monitor and support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Advertise open positions on job boards, social media platforms, and other channels. Post jobs, manage candidate databases, and maintain accurate recruiting records. Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative tasks to support the recruiting team.
