• Position: Peoplesoft Consultant
• Location: Washington D.C. - Hybrid (3 days on-site)
• Compensation: $50 - $57/hr (C2C or 1099)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert planning, development, implementation, documentation, and support for PeopleSoft HCM systems applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher.
• Utilize skills in MS Word, Excel, SQL, and Visio to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Conduct systems analysis in a web application environment, focusing on applications in a PeopleSoft setting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment of PeopleSoft solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest PeopleSoft updates and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems analysis within a web application environment, specifically with PeopleSoft applications.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or higher, with hands-on experience in application modules.
• Strong technical skills in MS Word, Excel, SQL, and Visio.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work 3 days per week on-site in our Washington D.C. office, with flexibility for remote work.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
