Leasing Agent

Temporary Leasing Agent

Apartment Complex needs a Temporary Leasing Agent for 2 weeks. The Leasing Agent is the first point of contact for all residents, guests, staff, vendors, and visitors to the community.

Job duties may include but not limited to the following:

• Providing apartment tours to prospective residents
• Collecting info and processing rental applications
• Completing inspections of the properties and apartments
• Helping to ensure apartments are in immaculate condition for new residents
• Responding to resident work orders, suggestions, requests, etc.
• Posting marketing for available apartments
• Completing market surveys in order to maintain awareness of the competition
• General administrative/office duties
• Must be able to multi-task
• Complete assignments with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely customer-service oriented

Requirements:

• Experience with Residential Rental Communities preferred
• Experience with Property Management preferred
• Experience with Property Management Software preferred
• Very professional appearance and demeanor
• Upbeat, friendly demeanor

Hours/Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: $20.00 hr.
