Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Assembly Workers to join their manufacturing team in Gentry, AR. The Assembly Worker will perform a variety of general labor tasks while helping produce quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties throughout the production facility.
• Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
• Sand materials and finished products to meet quality specifications.
• Assist with building and constructing products as assigned.
• Paint products and components using company procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours while performing production tasks.
• Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
• Work safely in a hot production environment while maintaining productivity.

Dress Code

• Shorts are permitted.
• T-shirt required.
• Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.
