What It Takes to Get on the Line

School Smarts: High school diploma or GED. On-the-Job Know-How: 1 year of experience with high-volume receptive manufacturing preferred + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Suite + Understand area production processes and productivity standards and support adherence + Well-versed in area product quality standards Built to Move: Can lift (up to) 50 lbs. stay active, and handle the grind. Crew Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team's back.
