We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full‑cycle recruiting efforts for a growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the hiring process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build strong candidate pipelines. Reporting: Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership. Qualifications Experience: 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition. Skills Strong sourcing and interviewing techniques. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
