As the Pharmacy Intake Coordinator, you handle the intake process of the orders for Pharmacy Infusion Services; liaison between our company and our patients and health plans; verify patient information, insurance verification, authorization/referral processing, obtaining and releasing clinical documentation, responds to health plan inquiries,, and research and resolve patient accounts, or escalate for resolution.

What will you need to succeed:

• 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy support experience within Home Health Infusion Services preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
