CBIG is looking for a Marketing & Estimating Coordinator to join the team in our Greensboro, North Carolina region! What You Will Do As Marketing & Estimating Coordinator, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Assists with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of bid documents including contracts, drawings, specifications, proposals, and prequalification materials. Maintains bid schedules, coordinate deadlines, and support estimating team needs with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation. Supports the development of marketing and proposal content including brochures, presentations, blogs, social media, and website updates. Ensures consistency with brand standards and contributes to the production of promotional materials, signage, and event collateral. Conducts market and competitor research to support strategic decisions. Helps identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and content delivery. Assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications. Manages photo and video libraries, contributes to award submissions, and collaborates across departments to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Participates in brainstorming sessions, maintains organized digital files, and takes on other responsibilities as needed to support the marketing and estimating teams. What You Will Bring to the Team Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related job field. Minimum one (1) year of overall experience in a related job field. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software. -or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be proficient in grammar, spelling and punctuation, and have accurate proofreading skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with internal team members at different levels in the organization as well as external partners. Why Christman?
