What You'll Do

• Independently deliver prescribed respiratory therapies and procedures in hospital units and critical care areas
• Assess patient needs through interpretation of physician orders and patient evaluation
• Respond promptly to changes in workload, adjusting assignments to maintain high standards of care
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding respiratory care plans
• Perform invasive procedures with minimal supervision
• Evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Support the clinical team through consultation and recommendations

What You Need

• NBRC Certification (RRT or CRT)
• Valid Kansas Respiratory Therapist License or eligibility
• Ability to interpret physician orders and assess patient needs
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Experience in hospital and critical care environments
• Ability to perform invasive respiratory procedures
• Adaptability to a dynamic clinical setting
