We're a multi-million dollar home improvement company with thousands of past customers — and we need phone pros to help us book free estimates for our sales team.

No cold calling. No selling. Just setting appointments.

Our calling material is warm — past customers, event follow-ups, and internet inquiries from people who have already expressed interest. This is a great opportunity for someone who's money-motivated and looking to grow with a company where team members stay for years.

We're looking for experience in:

• Appointment setting
• Collections
• Timeshare or home improvement calls
• Or anyone who's just naturally great on the phone

Position Details:

• Pay: $18–$27/hour + commission + bonuses
• Full-time & part-time available
• AM & PM shifts
• Inbound & outbound
• Room for advancement
