Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and consultative Business Analyst / Consultant II to lead stakeholder discovery and business assessment activities across CXI Platform, Claims, and G&A workstreams. This role will be responsible for understanding current-state business operations, identifying process and operating model gaps, and translating findings into actionable recommendations that support business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare domain expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and experience conducting workshops, interviews, and business assessments to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Discovery & Business Assessment

Lead discovery activities with business, operations, product, and functional stakeholders.

Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and business alignment meetings.

Conduct current-state assessments to understand organizational processes, workflows, operating models, and business capabilities.

Identify pain points, inefficiencies, business challenges, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Document business rules, process dependencies, and operational constraints.

Analysis & Recommendations

Analyze current-state findings and develop actionable business recommendations.

Translate discovery insights into assessment deliverables, opportunity assessments, and transformation roadmaps.

Support business alignment by connecting operational challenges with strategic objectives.

Develop executive-ready summaries, presentations, and recommendation packages for leadership review.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with Architects, Business Analysts, PMO teams, Product Owners, and Data Science teams to evaluate solution possibilities and feasibility.

Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to ensure common understanding and alignment.

Support enterprise transformation initiatives through structured discovery and assessment methodologies.

Communication & Enablement

Present findings, recommendations, and assessment outcomes to business leaders and executive stakeholders.

Support change enablement activities by helping stakeholders understand proposed improvements and transformation opportunities.

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the discovery lifecycle.
