A growing and entrepreneurial law firm is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Colorado practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values initiative, professionalism, and strong client relationships.

The practice focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use, entitlement work, development projects, and complex transactional matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to work closely with clients, partners, and team members on high-level real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Support commercial development, land use, and entitlement matters
• Draft and negotiate real estate agreements and legal documentation
• Handle commercial acquisitions and dispositions, including title and survey review
• Assist with commercial leasing matters for office, retail, and industrial properties
• Apply strong drafting, analytical, and strategic thinking skills across a variety of real estate transactions
• Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys on ongoing matters and client initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant real estate law experience
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions, development, land use, or leasing matters
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Portable business is a plus, but not required
