About Ruges Automotive Inc Ruges Automotive Inc is looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Rhinebeck, NY. Job Details Salary: From $80,000 to $120,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Rhinebeck, NY 12572 Key Responsibilities Greet service customers promptly and professionally. Inspect vehicles and review service history to determine customer needs. Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding product details. Provide accurate estimates for costs and completion times, and obtain customer authorization. Monitor service progress, communicate updates, and receive approvals for any changes. Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines. Confirm service appointments by phone prior to customer arrival and conduct post-repair follow-up. Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality and communicate results to customers. Comply with state and federal automobile repair and consumer protection laws. Maintain behaviors consistent with company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors. Work Hours This role is full-time with standard business hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the hiring process.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in the working state. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
