Job Details Title: Pediatrics Integrated Pharmacist - ED/PICU Status: Full-Time, 7 on/7 off (Evening Shift: 12 p.m. - 11 p.m.) Location: Houston, TX Relocation: Partial assistance may be available Salary: Salary to be discussed with a Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter. Bonus: May offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis Visa Support: No visa sponsorship available We are seeking a Residency-Trained Clinical Pharmacist with a focus on Pediatrics to support emergency and critical care units within a high-acuity hospital setting. This is an integrated, hands‑on role best suited for a professional with a strong foundation in inpatient pediatric pharmacy and experience in the ED or PICU. No on‑call duties are required. This is a non‑exempt/hourly role with a consistent 7 on/7 off evening shift schedule. Responsibilities Participate in multidisciplinary rounds with care teams Support clinicians with order verification and clinical decision‑making Serve as a pharmacy resource to nursing and physician staff Ensure accuracy and compliance in sterile product compounding (certification required) Requirements Graduate of an accredited pharmacy program Completion of a PGY1 residency (PGY2 in Pediatrics highly desirable) Active Texas Registered Pharmacist license Sterile compounding certification from an accredited program At least two years of inpatient acute care experience; pediatric or NICU exposure preferred PALS certification preferred Board Certification preferred Preferred Background Experience in pediatric settings such as General Pediatrics, NICU, PICU, or ED Community hospital experience with significant pediatric patient volume and acuity is acceptable Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in high‑pressure clinical environments #J-18808-Ljbffr MissionHires
