1:1 Direct Support Professional Make a Real Difference — One Person at a Time Do you enjoy building meaningful connections and helping someone live their best life? Mains’l Services is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in homes and communities. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to make a direct, lasting impact every single shift. Pay & Schedule
As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful. You may:

- $17.00 – $20.00/hour (based on level of support)
- Full-Time & Part-Time options available
- Flexible scheduling in some locations
- Locations: Chaska, Maple Grove, Norwood Young America, Plymouth, St. Louis Park,

As a 1:1 DSP, you’ll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful. You may:
- Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
- Support community involvement and social connections
- Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home
- Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
- Provide transportation to activities and appointments
- Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
- Document daily activities and care
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
- Paid (on-the-job) training
